Mike has over 28 years of experience in the agricultural industry, with various roles in companies such as FMC Corporation, United Agri Products, Fuzion Technologies, LLC, Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, J.R. Simplot Company, CropLife America, and HGS BioScience. In his career, Mike has successfully managed acquisitions, integration of companies, and led the creation of several business and strategy units, with responsibilities including leading product development, marketing, supply chain, regulatory strategy, and procurement.

With more than 18 years of industry experience and 30+ patents to his name, Jake’s expertise in leading strategy, product development and process improvements make him ideally suited for this role. He previously founded and was chief technology officer of Biosynthetic Technologies.

Frank has 29 years of experience leading finance teams within the manufacturing sector on strategic growth, forecasting, and M&A. He has successfully managed multiple acquisitions and integrations, and has led many process and system improvements.

Jason has 2 decades of strategic leadership experience in the agricultural industry. His experience includes leadership positions with companies such as United Agri Products, Helena and most recently with Pinnacle Agriculture/J.R. Simplot Company. Throughout his career he has been involved in both sales and operational management as well as negotiating, facilitating, and integrating acquisitions.

Scott brings more than 20 years of experience in connecting growers to products that improve their yields. He is known throughout the agriculture industry for his ability to deliver quality customer experiences with specialty fertilizer and crop production solutions. With a rapidly expanding portfolio, Scott will have even more ways to deliver value to customers.

David has more than 10 years of experience leading research and development and quality control strategy and execution. Previously, David thrived in roles as co-founder and CEO of Phase 3 Lab Solutions as well as co-founder and CTO of Küleon Biosciences.

Greg has over 27 years of experience in the agricultural industry, with various roles in companies such as Adjuvants Unlimited, Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, J.R. Simplot Company, and HGS BioScience. In his career, he has successfully built formulations for pesticides, adjuvants, micronutrients, and biologics. Some of Greg’s strengths include Integration of product lines, supporting supply chain, regulatory process, and field trials, and he holds several patents on his formulations.

Tyler brings over 15 years of humate mining experience across exploration, development and operational phases. Her expertise includes strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial management and performance oversight within this dynamic environment. She carries a deep passion for being responsible stewards of natural resources.
